MIXED SOUND BATH EXPERIENCE

Service Description

Our mixed instrument sound baths are immersive, meditative experiences that combine various therapeutic sound tools to create a dynamic vibrational journey. The most common instruments we use are Gongs, Tibetan and Crystal Singing Bowls, flutes(Indian or Native American), chimes(Koshi, Tubular and/or Flow), ocean drums, rain sticks, and metal waves. These sound healing instruments use resonance and vibration to promote deep relaxation, mental clarity, and energetic balancing. *we open doors at 6:45 PM to start at 7 PM sharp NOTE: In order to ensure a smooth and harmonious experience for everyone we enforce a strict NO LATE ENTRY and no early departure rule. We encourage you to always arrive 5-10 min earlier.
