MEET ANTONIO

Antonio Leal is a certified Sound Therapy practitioner with over a decade of experience dedicated to facilitating healing and transformation through the power of sound and vibration.

Antonio's journey into Sound Therapy began in 2015, when a deeply personal encounter with his first sound bath revealed the profound therapeutic potential of this healing modality.

Experiencing firsthand how sound and vibration can calm and regulate the nervous system, he was moved to make this transformative work the cornerstone of his practice.

That first encounter ignited a deep curiosity and passion that led him to train and certify in Tibetan and Crystal bowls and Gong techniques with renowned institutions including:

  • Chiangmai Holistics in Thailand

  • Elephant Bowl in Mexico

  • Pyramids of Chi in Bali

  • Crystal Tones in the US

  • Sound Planetarium and Himalayan Sound Healing Center in Nepal.

He continues to deepen his Gong practice by becoming certified as a Sound Therapist by Vikrampal, accredited by the International Institute of Sound Therapy.

Antonio has also led Sound Therapy retreats and workshops across China and Northern Thailand, where he is currently based. He offers a range of services including 1:1 private sessions, bi-weekly group sound baths, and immersive workshops.

Antonio’s approach to sound therapy is based on three core principles:

SAFETY AND REGULATION

INTENTIONAL USE OF SOUND

INTEGRATION AND GROUNDED TRANSFORMATION

Each session includes:

  • gentle induction

  • deep vibrational immersion

  • gradual re-orientation

  • space for integration and reflection.

The goal is not intensity. The goal is sustainable regulation and clarity.

Moreover, sound is applied as a therapeutic instrument, not as random vibration.

Most clients come out of the sessions feeling well rested, with greater mental clarity and sense of internal alignment.
