Tibetan Bowls Sound Bath Workshop

Reconnect with deep listening and somatic resonance. We are excited to offer a one-day (10am - 4pm) workshop for those who are curious to learn how to play Tibetan bowls. Immerse yourself in a hands-on session dedicated to this ancient art. No experience necessary. You’ll explore:

Bowls 101: History, metals, sizing, and mallets
Bowl selection and posture
Diatonic Scale
Two core techniques: striking for rhythm and rimming for continuous sound
Muting, dampening and creating dynamic shifts
Using bowls for personal meditation, space clearing, and/or simple healing practices
Playing multiple bowls and creating a sound bath sequence
How to use intuition to play

On the completion of the workshop you will receive a Certificate of Participation from Cosmic Sound, and Antonio’s continued support and guidance. This certificate shows that you have a good understanding of how to play Tibetan bowls.
